Notes
Kinheim The region Kennemerland, in the south-west of the province North Holland, is also knowns as Kinheim. According to Künzel et.al., the Kinheim mentioned here in the Fulda list is a different Kinheim, the precize location being unknown. Presumably, this assumption is based on the fact that the other possessions of the brothers Folcrih and Reginmunt (as far as these can be identified) are all in the province of Friesland. It would be unlikely that they would also have possessions in Kennemerland in North Holland.
