If anybody from them who belongs to that the aforesaid town through his parents, and who wants to deny and contradict this, than the aforesaid abbot (and his successors) is allowed with his advocate to arrest and bring to justice that person, in whose service he was; the same he shall do with his revenues. If anyone is sat on the land of the aforesaid church and does not want to pay what he owes legally, the abbot's advocate will go into his house and will take as much of his things as he owes, without any judge's contradiction. |
